Still: Competitive game was exactly what we wanted Print E-mail
Cammy Keith's double put the Maroons on their way to victory in their final pre-season match at East of Scotland Division One side Craigroyston at St Marks Park.

After a goalless first half, Dave Anderson's equaliser was sandwiched between Keith's brace with young substitute Jordan Morrice rounding off the win late on. Manager Darren Still spoke to http://www.highlandleague.net/ reporter Graeme Macleod after the match.

Snippets: It was a good workout for us. We have played Craigroyston for the last couple of seasons now and the games have been really tight and competitive and it is a game we have liked because of that. Craigroyston are more than a useful side with some really good individual players so that was a really good workout for us.

The pre-season games so far, I have asked the boys to watch what they are doing but today, we did want to step it up as far as the challenges and the tackling goes so we are up to speed for our game next week.
